Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative is expected to provide superior customer service to all incoming callers, maintain and uphold client relations, adhere to strict timelines, complete order entry assignments, and other miscellaneous administrative tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates excellent customer service and provides knowledgeable feedback
  • Must be comfortable performing outbound calls to gather information from customers
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Thoroughly document customer transactions and navigate online system
  • Provides correspondence to internal members and diligent follow up with clients
  • Adhere to strict deadlines
  • Ensures optimal phone coverage

Education and Experience

  • One year of customer service preferred but open to training candidate
  • Good telephone etiquette, strong communication skills

Specific Skills and Knowledge

  • Intermediate knowledge on Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to type 35-45 WPM
