CSR – Contact Center Representative

Decton Staffing is in search of Customer Service Representatives for a Contact Center located in the north Phoenix area!

Pay: $13 Hours, full benefits offered

Temp to Hire, Target start date is Monday Feb 24th.

Our client is one of the largest HVAC contractors in the state and they are looking to add new members to their growing team!

Responsibilities: Answer inbound phone calls and respond to email inquiries, perform outbound calls with existing customers, create service tickets and schedule appointments accurately, review customer account information.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to details and accuracy is a must
  • excellent email handling skills
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to empathize as well as prioritize customer’s needs
  • Minimum typing skills of 30 WPM – (skills test will be performed)
  • Contact center background preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Hours: Must be available Monday-Sunday between 6am and 10pm. Multiple shifts are available, your shift needs will be accommodated to the best of our client’s ability, there are no guarantees. Every shift will have at least one weekend day off.

Training: Must be available for training, M-F 9am to 5pm.
