Decton Staffing is in search of a Contact Center supervisor for a call center located in the north Phoenix area!

Pay: $19 Hour, full benefits offered

Temp to Hire, Target start date is Monday Feb 24th.

Our client is one of the largest HVAC contractors in the state and they are currently expanding their CSR base. With growth comes the need of additional supervisors on the floor.

Essential Duties:

  • Resolve escalated customer service issues that cannot be addressed at the CSR level within 2 hours of the initial concern
  • Support customer satisfaction through courteous and effective communication, problem solving and efficient processes
  • Guide team members to follow procedural methods of dealing with customer service issues
  • Reinforce compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Assist call center manager with monitoring complaints and resolutions
  • Facilitate daily statistics for customer service department
  • Provide one-on-one training /coaching to staff members when needed
  • Other tasks as assigned by manager

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Assist call center manager with the day-to-day operations of the customer service department
  • Review and complete monitors to ensure accuracy
  • Coaching and developing employees
  • Maintain proper workflow and ensure procedures are followed
  • Successfully resolve customer concerns

Minimum Qualifications Required:

  • Two years of contact center supervisory experience

Must be available Monday-Sunday between 6am -10pm, shift will be discussed once an interview with our client is set.
